The main areas of practice are international trade and business development projects, commercial banking, probate, trusts and estates, and corporate immigration law. Investigated, heard and adjudicated cases involving a panoply of business transactions, including civil and criminal matters as a judge in the Philippines.

        More than 15 years of banking and trust experience with a major national bank in Washington D.C. Managed and serviced loan portfolio, trust accounts and administered estates. Responsible for detailed management of each account as well as significant expansion of high net worth client portfolio. Used expertise in estate planning, tax planning, and investments to enable clients to select products and services that would optimal for their special needs and circumstances. Supervised the preparation and filing of all federal and state fiduciary tax returns, estate tax and inheritance tax returns of said accounts.

        As a counsel of a major government contract company, interacted with U.S. federal and state government agencies in the compliance of existing laws, rules and regulations affecting the company. Served as business and legal counsel to a telecommunications company. Responsible for securing FCC license for operations in Guam, American Samoa and the Northern Marianas Islands.

        Teamed-up with other government attorneys and worked with officials and representatives of other government agencies in the implementations of the election laws in performing functions as attorney for the Commission on Elections.
